Regina Miracle Wins “ESG Leading Enterprise Award” for Four Years in a Row

In Recognition of its Ongoing Commitment to Sustainability

(Hong Kong, 28 December 2022) Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited (“Regina Miracle” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (HKEX: 2199), a leading global intimate wear company boasting an Innovative Design Manufacturer (“IDM”) business model, has won the “ESG Leading Enterprise Award” at the ESG Leading Enterprise Awards 2022 (the “Awards”). Organized by the reputed financial magazine Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition and Deloitte, one of the Big Four international accounting firms, the award scheme aims to recognize listed companies that have demonstrated outstanding environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) performance and to encourage enterprises to uphold best practices for ESG even when COVID rules are eased. Winning this award for the fourth consecutive year is a testament to Regina Miracle’s commitment to sustainability over the years.

Appreciating that ESG has become an increasingly important agenda for investors in their decision-making process, and is crucial to generating long-term sustainable returns for a business, Regina Miracle has been devoted to the implementation of its ESG measures. Since FY2022, the Group has adopted a three-tier governance structure of “Leadership – Decision-making – Execution” to drive its sustainability strategy, which integrates the fulfilment of its environmental and social responsibilities into the Group’s management decisions, daily operations and corporate culture.
