(Hong Kong, 24 July 2026) — Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited (“Regina Miracle” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (HKEX: 2199), a leading global intimate wear company boasting an innovative design manufacturer (“IDM”) business model, is pleased to announce that its Vietnam operation has been named one of the “Top 30 Outstanding Enterprises in Green Energy and Environment in Vietnam 2026” by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) at the “World Energy and Environment Forum – Vietnam 2026”. This accolade stands as a testament to the industry’s strong recognition of the Group’s accomplishments in ESG practices and green, low-carbon transformation.

Regina Miracle’s greenhouse gas emission reduction targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in FY2026. The Group has committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions across its entire value chain by 42% compared with the 2020 baseline levels by 2030, while also setting a long-term goal of net-zero emissions by 2050. In terms of green operations, the Group’s production facilities in Vietnam and the PRC continue to expand the scale of clean energy adoption. As of FY2026, installed rooftop solar capacity totaled approximately 20 MW, generating over 16 GWh annually and achieving a cumulative CO2 reduction of over 27,500 tons. Both the PRC and Vietnam production facilities have achieved “100% Zero Landfill” for manufacturing waste, putting the principles of the circular economy into practice. On the product front, Regina Miracle leverages proprietary technologies such as REherbafoam to continuously expand the application of eco-friendly materials, in addition to adopting 3D digital design and virtual sampling, to drive carbon reduction across the entire product lifecycle. Furthermore, the Group is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace; in FY2026, women accounted for 66.7% of the total workforce and 47.2% of management, with empowerment training provided to thousands of female employees. Moving forward, the Group will continue to embed sustainability into its core business decisions through a robust three-tier governance framework comprising the Board of Directors, the ESG Committee, and the Execution Team, and will work hand in hand with society to address climate challenges through measurable actions.
