Celebrating 10 Years of Regina Miracle Vietnam: A Message from the Chairman

Today marks the 10th Anniversary of Regina Miracle in Vietnam. From a single visionary step to 6 world-class production hubs, this journey has been defined by the people who built it.

Below is a personal letter from our Chairman, YY Hung, reflecting on ten years of milestones and the spirit that drives us forward.

Dear Colleagues,

Today, we mark a momentous milestone—the 10th anniversary of our Vietnam operations! Looking back at our journey from the past to the present, my heart is filled with profound emotion.

First and foremost, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I wish to extend my most sincere gratitude to all the partners who have supported us along the way.

I must thank my cherished friend and mentor from Singapore, Mr. Yang, who guided us to the auspicious grounds of VSIP Hai Phong and Thuy Nguyen a decade ago, setting the stage for the Group’s strategic expansion into Vietnam.

I also wish to thank the governments of Hai Phong City and Thuy Nguyen District, as well as the successive management teams of the VSIP industrial park, for their steadfast support.

I wish to pay tribute to our pioneering management team—Dongwei, Michael, Ah Fei, Ouyang, Gao Yan, Shoujuan, and Rita. It was your unwavering commitment and effort in those initial days that forged the cornerstone of our ten-year journey here in Vietnam. My thanks also extend to our support teams shuttling between Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Vietnam for their tireless dedication.

Our growth has never been a matter of smooth sailing. It is the result of the unity of all colleagues—remaining “unmoved and steadfast” through every challenge. I am grateful to every colleague, past and present, who has contributed to our Vietnam factories.

My deepest gratitude also goes to Victoria’s Secret for their foundational trust and support as our first brand partner in Vietnam. We also thank all of our brand partners, supply chain partners, investors, and banking partners for their enduring support.

A decade ago, Tim and I ventured here, inspired by Mr. Yang’s guidance, to establish the foundations of our enterprise in Vietnam. Today, that initial step has culminated in six expansive, high-end, world-class production hubs that define our international presence.

Over the past decade, we have created tens of thousands of job opportunities. Recognized by the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), we have been honored as one of the ‘Top 100 Sustainable Companies in Vietnam’ for a total of four years since 2021. Through these efforts, we are proud to have channeled the Regina Miracle Spirit into the burgeoning prosperity of Hai Phong and Thuy Nguyen.

Reflecting on these ten years, there have also been moments of profound sorrow. We deeply mourn those colleagues who were taken from us far too soon by unforeseen traffic accidents or illness. In their memory, we offer our deepest prayers, honoring the lasting impact they made on our journey and the community we have built together.

Conversely, it has been my greatest joy to witness the rapid evolution of Hai Phong and Thuy Nguyen. I have seen countless colleagues evolve from spirited graduates into the backbone of our leadership, building families and finding happiness alongside the company’s growth.

We remain dedicated to our core philosophy—”Treating people with heart, and handling matters with reason”—as we continue to evolve and strive for excellence.

In the years to come, we will remain resolutely committed to our production bases in Hai Phong, Hung Yen, and Zhaoqing, striving to “make the best even better.” Our strength is rooted in a robust business foundation and a mature management team, while innovation and high-quality service are the core advantages etched into our DNA. With a new generation of passionate and professional leaders rising to the fore, the future of the Group is indeed limitless.
