Regina Miracle Wins Four Awards – “Best IR Company”, “Best ESG (E)”, “Best ESG (S)” and “Best ESG (G)” – at HKIRA 8th Investor Relations Awards 2022

(Hong Kong, 16 September 2022) Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited (“Regina Miracle” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) (HKEX: 2199), a leading global intimate wear company boasting an innovative design manufacturer (“IDM”) business model, is pleased to announce that it has garnered four awards – “Best IR Company”, “Best ESG (E)”, “Best ESG (S)” and “Best ESG (G)” – at the HKIRA 8th Investor Relations Awards 2022 (the “IR Awards”), evidencing the Group’s outstanding performance and tireless efforts in investors relations and environment, social and governance (“ESG”).

Regina Miracle values the interaction and communication with the investment community. It strives to maintain close contact with investors and transparent information disclosure via various online and offline channels, particularly with regard to the progress of its five-year plan, for investors to understand the Group’s business development, strategies and outlook in a holistic manner. In addition, in fiscal 2022, Regina Miracle officially incorporated ESG into the supervisory responsibilities of the Board, and established an ESG committee led by its Chief Operating Officer, thereby strengthened the Board’s role in overseeing ESG policies, facilitating better planning for managing and eventually achieving the Group’s sustainability goals. Based on the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, the Group has identified six key areas of concern: climate action, life on the land, clean drinking water and sanitation, responsible consumption and production, decent work and economic growth, and gender equality. For them, the Group has set four goals to be achieved by 2030, namely carbon reduction, waste management, sustainable innovation, and people and community.

Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA) comprises investor relations practitioners and corporate officers responsible for communication between corporate management and the investment community. It strives to promote best IR practices and advocate the setting of international standards in IR practices of HKEX-listed companies. Organised by HKIRA, the IR Awards aims to recognise individuals and HK-listed companies with excellent performance in investor relations. The awards are open to public nomination, with the winners decided by the polling of buy-side and sell-side analysts and fund managers.
